Excellent transportation service, thank you for support In fact that I got some worries to book my transportation with Amazing Uncles after reading some bad reviews But after finding alternative companies, finally I decided to book with them and did not disappoint me: a new van, the seats can not recline to 180 degree but it's fine for me. The driver can not use English, and I need to pay attention in the leaving time from rest station. Mr.Viet Anh explained to me that it is impossible to recruit drivers who can both speak English and have license to drice on mountain roads. => this is ok for me, too but I do not know what others are feeling. A safe driving, a new van are good enough for me to book a shared van => if I book a private van, maybe I will request a higher service

Smooth ride to sapa Really great cars and a smooth experience. We definitely would travelagain with this company. I just wished all the transfer companies in Vietnam had the same quality and service.also great at communicating. The only company that was always texting me before the pick up telling in advance the license plate of the van so we could confirm we were on the right one.100% recommend.

Experience a good trip with cost and customer service Before booking with Amazing Uncles, I read the reviews above and saw a few negative reviews so I looked for another supplier. However, other suppliers either did not speak English, or used English but responded very slowly and were not friendly, so I returned to Amazing Uncles to try my luck. Mr.Viet Anh (who seems to be the main person in charge) did not disappoint me: he responded quickly, confirmed the seat's availability clearly with a lot of notes before payment, and gave a few tips about the Sapa trip if asked him, etc., so I decided to book the VIP at Amazing Uncles.Regarding the car, on the departure date, it was a fairly new car which seemed to have just been purchased) and when we returned it was an old car compared to the car we were traveling on but it was still comfortable. But this is easy to understand and was informed by Viet Anh from the beginning, so I prepared myself mentally (I also understood that I only rented VIP seats, not a whole private car, so that I couldn't ask for anything more). Therefore, the trip is completely within the price range, and if it is lucky, you will be assigned the most modern car that you just bought in early 2023.Note that you should go to the bathroom at the first stop because you won't be able to stop until after exiting the highway (I was reminded of this by Viet Anh but I thought I was fine, however unfortunately I needed to asked the driver to make an emergency stop so embarrassing)

Hanoi-Sapa 2-way road trip (Dec 2023) Driver came on time. Instructions on where to meet was clear. Journey was smooth. Cleanliness of the car was pretty ok. Service was great as they upgraded us to a private car as we had 7 persons.

Fantastic and incredibly hospitable service for the Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi travel Amazing Uncles service was great! We had the private van from Hanoi to Sapa, then Sapa to Hanoi a few days later. The pickup in Hanoi was directly in Noi Bai Airport so that was really convenient for us. Instructions came to us via WhatsApp so it was a really fuss-free experience. Our driver got us to Sapa early and even got us a little snack and a bottle of water for the ride. Heading up to Sapa was a particularly foggy night, but the driver really was very skillful so we weren’t too worried. At some points there was basically no visibility! Throughout our trip Viet Anh from Amazing Uncles checked in on us, and did their best to accommodate our requests.We will definitely hire from Amazing Uncles again the next time we are in the region. Thanks again for your service!
