Hanoi - Sapa return trip Overall I am very satisfied with the service level and transportation provided. The limo van was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe while the vehicle was on the move. A bottle of mineral water and bread were provided to each passenger, with 2 toilet breaks during the journey. The company also texted me the day before departure to confirm on timings and provided the van plate numbers both ways, so everything was in order.

Recommend this bus company when going to Sapa in Vietnam Booking is easy, and you also get enthusiastic advice on hotels, entertainment spots, sightseeing and dining in Sapa as well as what not to do to avoid trouble when traveling to remote lands. The car and driver were fine. There were times when the car stopped a bit on the road, but I understood that I only booked 2 seats in a shared van, I didn't know all the operations of the bus company, so I sympathized with them. In the end, it was great that I still had a safe trip.

Amazing Uncles are amazing!!🤩 Amazing Uncles were amazing!! Our trip up to SaPa was perfect! Great service the driver was friendly & professional & the vehicle was clean & modern. Our trip from Hanoi to Sapa & return was great.The vehicle was really clean & plenty of room.We paid a little extra for VIP seats I think it was worth it.

Excellent transportation service, thank you for support In fact that I got some worries to book my transportation with Amazing Uncles after reading some bad reviews But after finding alternative companies, finally I decided to book with them and did not disappoint me: a new van, the seats can not recline to 180 degree but it's fine for me. The driver can not use English, and I need to pay attention in the leaving time from rest station. Mr.Viet Anh explained to me that it is impossible to recruit drivers who can both speak English and have license to drice on mountain roads. => this is ok for me, too but I do not know what others are feeling. A safe driving, a new van are good enough for me to book a shared van => if I book a private van, maybe I will request a higher service

Good and responsible operator Smooth ride to Sapa and back to Hanoi. Drivers speak limited English, but not an issue as use google translation to communicate. Responsible and pick up promptly from our hotel

Smooth ride to sapa Really great cars and a smooth experience. We definitely would travelagain with this company. I just wished all the transfer companies in Vietnam had the same quality and service.also great at communicating. The only company that was always texting me before the pick up telling in advance the license plate of the van so we could confirm we were on the right one.100% recommend.
