Easy transfer Sapa to Hanoi transfer from Sapa to Hanoi - pick up on time, middle seats with wifi and air con. Easy trip. One couple in the rear seats were not happy as they felt squashed and threatened by the luggage being forced into the very small luggage area behind them and ended up leaving the shuttle. When we booked they made it clear that there is not much room for luggage and that there may be issues with too much. Apart from this, the trip was uneventful and we made two stops for toilet and snacks. Delivered to our hotel in good time.

Hanoi - Sapa return trip Overall I am very satisfied with the service level and transportation provided. The limo van was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe while the vehicle was on the move. A bottle of mineral water and bread were provided to each passenger, with 2 toilet breaks during the journey.
The company also texted me the day before departure to confirm on timings and provided the van plate numbers both ways, so everything was in order.

There were times when the car stopped a bit on the road, but I understood that I only booked 2 seats in a shared van, I didn't know all the operations of the bus company, so I sympathized with them. In the end, it was great that I still had a safe trip.
