Hanoi - Sapa return trip Overall I am very satisfied with the service level and transportation provided. The limo van was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe while the vehicle was on the move. A bottle of mineral water and bread were provided to each passenger, with 2 toilet breaks during the journey.
The company also texted me the day before departure to confirm on timings and provided the van plate numbers both ways, so everything was in order.

Recommend this bus company when going to Sapa in Vietnam Booking is easy, and you also get enthusiastic advice on hotels, entertainment spots, sightseeing and dining in Sapa as well as what not to do to avoid trouble when traveling to remote lands. The car and driver were fine.
There were times when the car stopped a bit on the road, but I understood that I only booked 2 seats in a shared van, I didn't know all the operations of the bus company, so I sympathized with them. In the end, it was great that I still had a safe trip.

The vehicle was really clean & plenty of room.
We paid a little extra for VIP seats I think it was worth it.
