Fast, smooth daytime trip between Hanoi and Sapa Very pleased to have found Amazing Uncles! Transport between Hanoi and Sapa is plentiful, but so many of the options are overnight trains or buses, and we knew those wouldn't be the right fit for us. Amazing Uncles was the right alternative. The trip starts early in the day, avoiding some of the worst traffic hours, and drop-off at the destination is early afternoon, right around hotel check-in time. Communication is good, the vehicle is comfortable, and the drivers know how to handle Hanoi traffic to get you there on time. At first we booked a one-way trip, but after we'd done the ride, we knew we weren't going to find anything better, so we booked the return trip with Amazing Uncles as well.

Comfortable vsn trip Hanoi to Sapa and vice versa It is lucky for us to be able to book a 10- seater van of Amazing Uncles. The car is new, clean, non-smoking. The light system on the top of this car is very nice, but of course, it is always turned off to save electricity but you can ask driver to turn it on and then check in. On the 300km highway and 40km moutain road, there are only 2 rest points so a tip is that do not drink water too much. Some parts of The highway road is not good enough to relax but our driver is very nice. He can only use English a little but not a problem with google translate. Definitely to advise Amazing Uncles to my friends.

Great transfer service. Amazing uncles was a great transfer service between Hanoi and SAPA. We used the return service and the driver was prompt at picking us up both times. The seats were comfortable and we were offered a breakfast bag containing water and croissant. WiFi worked well.Journey was good, the break stops were ok, facilities clean, food and drinks to purchase.Driver even though he had limited English was friendly enough.Would recommend amazing uncles.

Easy transfer Sapa to Hanoi transfer from Sapa to Hanoi - pick up on time, middle seats with wifi and air con. Easy trip. One couple in the rear seats were not happy as they felt squashed and threatened by the luggage being forced into the very small luggage area behind them and ended up leaving the shuttle. When we booked they made it clear that there is not much room for luggage and that there may be issues with too much. Apart from this, the trip was uneventful and we made two stops for toilet and snacks. Delivered to our hotel in good time.

Hanoi - Sapa return trip Overall I am very satisfied with the service level and transportation provided. The limo van was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe while the vehicle was on the move. A bottle of mineral water and bread were provided to each passenger, with 2 toilet breaks during the journey. The company also texted me the day before departure to confirm on timings and provided the van plate numbers both ways, so everything was in order.

Recommend this bus company when going to Sapa in Vietnam Booking is easy, and you also get enthusiastic advice on hotels, entertainment spots, sightseeing and dining in Sapa as well as what not to do to avoid trouble when traveling to remote lands. The car and driver were fine. There were times when the car stopped a bit on the road, but I understood that I only booked 2 seats in a shared van, I didn't know all the operations of the bus company, so I sympathized with them. In the end, it was great that I still had a safe trip.

Amazing Uncles are amazing!!🤩 Amazing Uncles were amazing!! Our trip up to SaPa was perfect! Once we were stuck due to Typhoon Yagi Amazing Uncle’s were so professional and caring in their communication with us. We were transported safely by their expert driver through difficult conditions.
